My absolute favourite Vietnamese dish! Hue-style rice vermicelli with beef, pork, mixed lettuce, Chinese spinach, basil and a whole lot of chilli/satay. Best. Shit. Ever. I could eat this every day for the rest of my life.

{ Homemade Baby Spinach & Fetta Pizza. }
Before & after it was put in the oven. Tomato paste, fetta, mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, baby spinach, garlic, onion & basil, all on a pita bread base. Absolute crispy perfection. If we’d had the resources, I probably would’ve eaten three of these. At the very least.
This was all thanks to Caroline, who happens to be a flourishing chef AND a fashionista.

{ Crunchy Noodles with Seafood & Vegetables. }
I made this! :D (With some help……….) There’s lettuce, bok choy, carrot and baby corn. Meat-wise, there’s pork, prawn, mussel, squid. The noodles on top aren’t crunchy because the sauce made them soggy but INSIDE they are. My mum made the sauce using some top secret recipe because she’s an amazing cook.
But I’m completely retarded when it comes to cooking, so I’m pretty happy with this, lol.
