Yesterday, while I was catching a tram, a complete stranger recognised me and told me she was a fan of my work.  Totally surreal experience.  This is the third time this has ever happened to me, and I still act like a goop.  When she approached me, I think I just said, “Oh..! Wow…! Uhh… wow!” over and over.  

So to the sweet girl in the pink striped jumper: Thank you for enjoying my art, and thank you for saying hi!!  And I’m so sorry I acted like a bit of a loser and didn’t engage in more of a conversation with you.  I was pretty worried afterwards that I might’ve come across as rude. :\

But yeah.  What a friggin’ small world.
